Digital Marketing Specialist

OpenMarkets is currently seeking a disciplined marketing professional to develop and execute digital marketing efforts for multiple clients. The primary function of the Digital Marketing Specialist is to drive online conversions through effective digital marketing campaigns; owning tactics including website development and optimization, email, landing pages, web capture forms, and digital advertising. This person will provide his or her strong analytical skills, business acumen, and innovative marketing ideas to develop and enhance digital marketing programs for clients by measuring, optimizing, testing, recommending, and implementing enhancements on all programs and campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define, create, execute and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness, driving credibility and generating leads
  • Manage the execution of email communications including promotional emails, nurture campaigns, newsletters and event triggered emails
  • Oversee maintenance, updates and optimization of websites and social media platforms
  • Develop content to tie digital marketing initiatives into overall integrated marketing plan and help maintain internal calendar of all programs
  • Leverage web analytics to track, measure, and provide value-added reporting on KPIs of digital marketing activities

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Web Design or similar field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices related to web design, content management, SEM, SEO and marketing automation
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task projects
  • Superb interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Ability to remain flexible, open-minded & handle changing priorities and tight deadlines

Marketing Manager

OpenMarkets is looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated, multi-talented individual that is excited about driving sales and brand awareness for a high-growth healthcare IT business. The Marketing Manager reports directly to the SVP of marketing to execute strategy. This person will assist in all engagement activities, including planning, content development, social media, website management, marketing automation, tradeshow management, and design. This person must display superior organizational skills and time management skills as s/he will be expected to manage the deliverables and scope all of our existing client work. The person must possess a service-oriented, positive attitude towards clients, colleagues, and vendor partners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Writing, editing and developing content and copy for creative materials
  • Staying abreast of issues relevant to healthcare supply chain and originating fresh content ideas
  • Maintaining content standards (requirements, SEO key words, key messaging)
  • Maintaining website, social platforms, and marketing automation software
  • Managing database of clients and prospects

Requirements

Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is responsible for finding new customers who have never worked with OpenMarkets before. The SDR will spend their time consulting with the healthcare supply chain personnel around the country, understanding their struggles and responsibilities and prescribing the correct OpenMarkets solution to elevate their performance and make them heroes within their organization.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a pipeline by identifying, researching, and soliciting new accounts individually and in conjunction with marketing
  • Cold calling – strategically. It’s not just about the quantity of calls you make, but the ability to tailor your messaging individually to each prospect using a mix of creativity and research about the prospect
  • Run the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation

Account Executive, Large Accounts

Our Account Executives empower customers to connect with their customers in a whole new way. In this role, you will engage with healthcare equipment suppliers as a trusted advisor to understand their business goals & organization, to guide them through the journey to onboard the OpenMarkets solution seamlessly and help them derive full value ensuring renewals. You’ll lead them in understanding how to use our technology and maximize the way they can market to and sell to hundreds of hospitals online.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To deliver processes and an engagement model for OpenMarkets to bring sales and marketing efficiency to large healthcare equipment suppliers. This includes project delivery, tracking customer success and guiding sales, product development and marketing teams to make continuous improvements as a customer advocate.
  • Renew and where appropriate, up-sell existing healthcare equipment supplier customers
  • Gain a detailed understanding of customers most important business goals, vision, stakeholder map, teams and processes to build strong relationships
  • Work with the sales, product and marketing teams to facilitate a seamless customer on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’ and a successful deployment introduction for the customer from the onset
  • Organize and perform back-end functions as necessary to provision services to be delivered to the customer and assist the delivery team overcome any hurdles arising from compliance with customer processes
  • Conduct quarterly customer reviews to check how end-users benefits from services, consult with insights and suggest actions, share updates on new capabilities and collect new feature request
  • Track leading indicators of renewals and up sell, identify risks and aggressively/proactively engage the customer before hurdles to a renewal arise
  • Develop processes, work-flow, support-guides, check-lists, trainings for various touch-points and project delivery for colleagues remove any friction points
  • Develop metrics to access adoption, usage, churn, lifetime value for end-user and delivery efficiency to drive continuous improvements to drive success of renewals
  • Assist Product Marketing to find opportunities from customer feedback, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation and assessment of marketplace and technical hurdles to business success
  • Support marketing to identify customer success-stories, build case-studies and customer testimonials.

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University
  • 2+ years of experience in an account management/customer service or sales role
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with executives and their teams
  • Willingness to initiate customer interactions through calling and written communication
  • Strong skills to build process-flow, checklists, happiness metrics, training guides to facilitate onboarding
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct data-analysis, writing reports, consulting insights and administrate portals is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Know-how of the healthcare supply chain is a strong asset
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
