New Broadcast for Supply Chain Leaders Tackles Equipment Negotiations

When it comes to capital equipment purchases, do you think you and your supply chain team have a full understanding of negotiation best practices? Even if you do, a free broadcast from OpenMarkets will review seven best practices for healthcare providers and suppliers to keep in mind as they negotiate.

Scheduled for Thursday, September 14 at 1 p.m. EST / 10 a.m. PST, the broadcast is part OpenMarket’s ongoing broadcast series on topics of interest to supply chain leaders. This installment will feature John Kott, Director of Supply Chain Management at Norman Regional Health System in south-central Oklahoma, and Tom Derrick, OpenMarkets co-founder and senior vice president. Discussion will range across topics including anchoring, proper preparation, establishing a BATNA (best alternative to a negotiated agreement) and leveraging the benefits of multi-party negotiations.
