In the past few months, OpenMarkets has added 5 new hires to expand our ability to serve clients, actively pursuing the goal of becoming a solutions-focused, technology-first organization. The addition of these key experts across the company’s Technology, Marketing, and Marketplace & Provider Solutions teams enables OpenMarkets to facilitate greater opportunities for clients.
Two of the new resources report to Chief Technology Officer Michael Fineberg, working to develop and grow our tech capabilities:
• Fahad Sami and Philip Diaz, Engineers, are building customer-facing software features, and are helping to scale our back-end offerings with a proprietary CRM.
Two new members have joined Senior Vice President Trevor Wood’s Marketplace & Provider Services team to enhance and strengthen OpenMarkets’ client relationships:
• Jonathan Skodras, Marketplace Solutions Specialist, reports directly to Wood, working to facilitate and advance our supplier partnerships. Jonathan works to align OpenMarkets with healthcare equipment suppliers to optimize their equipment listings and opportunities with a goal of increasing suppliers’ results within the marketplace and maximizing the value of healthcare provider’s capital equipment purchases through our SpotBuy service.
• Reporting to Director of Sales Gordon Rosen, Chase Dudley, a Regional Account Manager (Providers), joined OpenMarkets focused on new business development, to build and maintain strong client relationships. He acts as a key client contact, supporting and educating customers about the features and benefits of our products to improve product related sales and customer satisfaction.
Another new hire has joined the Marketing department and joins Senior Vice President Tom Derrick to further the OpenMarkets growth strategy.
• Monica Frager, Marketing Director, joins OpenMarkets focused on furthering integrated marketing strategies to increase brand identity and awareness, as well as driving growth with potential and existing customers.
