  • Have strong experience with Ruby on Rails and frontend technologies (React, JavaScript, Coffeescript). 
  • Are curious about functional programming languages like Clojure and ClojureScript. 
  • Practice (or are familiar with) TDD and trunk-based development. 
  • Have at least 4 years of software development experience. 
  • Are empathetic, understand trade-offs in your code, and communicate effectively with your team. 
  • Can explain technical concepts in simple terms and value effective time management.
