OpenMarkets' Customer Success team is passionate about helping our customers succeed. The Customer Success Manager will support customer success and growth in the post-sales life cycle by asking tough questions that uncover new opportunities for delivering value far and wide within organizations. 

We are currently seeking aspiring leaders to join our Customer Success team working with both healthcare equipment suppliers and healthcare providers.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of a dedicated portfolio of customers, answering questions and providing coaching/feedback 
  • Lead relationships to learn about customers’ business needs from the outset 
  • Upsell and cross-sell to increase revenue
  • Manage customer needs daily
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of OpenMarkets software
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and development colleagues to facilitate a smooth onboarding process and ensure timely deliverables
  • Own all formal reporting and business reviews, sharing meaningful, comparative data insights that will improve performance and account satisfaction 
  • Closely monitor platform activity to ensure process improvement, identify at-risk clients and mitigate red flags 

Preferred Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in B2B customer service or marketing, preferably in tech or healthcare
  • Curiosity and hustle to understand customer needs and supply creative solutions to solve for them 
  • Effective communication and presentation skills 
  • Strong strategy and problem-solving skills (e.g. identifying client needs, creating mutually agreeable plans, managing relationships w/ diverse stakeholders, solving issues collaboratively) 
  • Knowledge of (or interest in) learning about healthcare purchasing 
  • Self-discipline: ability to work from home and engage with colleagues remotely
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues for the benefit of the customer with a high sense of urgency and excellent organizational skills 
  • Experience using a CRM and proficient at working with data in Excel
