Digital Marketing Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Define, create, execute and manage targeted digital marketing campaigns focused on building brand awareness, driving credibility and generating leads
  • Manage the execution of email communications including promotional emails, nurture campaigns, newsletters and event triggered emails
  • Oversee maintenance, updates and optimization of websites and social media platforms
  • Develop content to tie digital marketing initiatives into overall integrated marketing plan and help maintain internal calendar of all programs
  • Leverage web analytics to track, measure, and provide value-added reporting on KPIs of digital marketing activities


  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing in a B2B environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Web Design or similar field
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing best practices related to web design, content management, SEM, SEO and marketing automation
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multi-task projects
  • Superb interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Ability to remain flexible, open-minded & handle changing priorities and tight deadlines

  • CMS/Web Platforms
  • Email marketing software (i.e. SharpSpring, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Experience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Experience with KPIs and Web Analytics (Google)
  • Social Media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+)
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC)
