Manager of Client Operations

Client Management (85%)

  • Act as a key resource and OpenMarkets connection to healthcare provider clients.  Discover, monitor and communicate solutions to client pain points in their capital equipment process
  • Act as a key resource and OpenMarkets connection to healthcare suppliers. Discover, monitor and communicate solutions to client pain points in their capital equipment sales and marketing programs
  • Create scalable solutions to maintaining relationships with thousands of stakeholders across hundreds of organizations
  • Provide training and coaching to clients on OpenMarkets software systems
  • Create and deliver weekly reports and statistics on client activity
  • Create and deliver weekly reports and statistics on departmental performance
  • As needed, conduct and schedule routine client management outreach efforts to ensure and support client engagement

Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Database Systems (15%)

  • Work with the product team to extract data from potential clients, populate key databases and applications, and continually update data for existing clients
  • Salesforce.com: Learn best practice guidelines to track client interactions, add records to the database, and modify existing data
  • Keep records of client interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • As needed, normalize budget data provided by clients and import into key applications and platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited College/University
  • 2 years of experience in a client management/customer service or sales role
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry from either the provider or supplier side
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written, with senior executives and clients
  • Willingness to initiate client interactions through calling and written communication
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated listening skills
  • Experience finding multiple solutions to a complex problem
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
